Now add the next section for the supply layer $GND. 

Click 'ADD' again 

Now you will be asked if you want to save the previously changed section.
Confirm with 'Yes'. 

Type in the new section name, and confirm with 'OK'. 

Verify/change the settings for the output of a supply layer. In other words, declare the output file name (suffix .l15), check all the flags, and select layers (only layer 15, $GND, in this case!). 

Now add further new sections to the original 'gerber.cam'.

We still need sections for: 

silk screen solder side BPLACE, BNAMES, (BVALUES) 
cream frame component side TCREAM 
cream frame solder side BCREAM 

Please add them now.

Finally, save the new job, using FILE/SAVE JOB.
The automatic Gerber output can now be started.
