Start the CAM processor first. 

Load your board file. 

Choose the job 'gerber.cam'. 

The parameters of the first section, 'Generate a wheel file', are now shown. 

Select the additional layers in the CAM processor's layer selection box, as described in the previous page of this document (layers 2, 15, 22, 26, 31, 32). 

Finally check whether all layers are selected. You can click LAYER/SHOW SELECTED to display the selected layers only.
