Start as described under Preparing the Manufacturing Data.
Generate Gerber files with the aid of the job 'gerber.cam' or 'gerb274x.cam'. 

In contrast to the descriptions in Which Files Does the Board House Need? and Output of 'Extended Gerber Format' (RS274X) - Which Files Do I Send to the Board Manufacturer? do not send the files for the 'empty' side of the board to your board house.

If you have only drawn tracks on layer 16 (bottom), do not supply: 

boardname.cmp - Gerber file for component side 

boardname.stc - Gerber file for solder stop mask cmp 

If you don't want a silk screen for your board you do not have to supply the file 'boardname.plc'.
