EAGLE defaults to EXCELLON format for drilling files (see Generating Drill Data). 
If you need other drill file formats (such as SM1000, SM3000, SMS68, GerbDRL), simply load the existing 'excellon.cam' job, modify it, and save it with a new file name. 

Load the job 'excellon.cam' into the CAM processor. 

Select SM1000 in the 'Device' combo box. 

Open the file dialog window by clicking FILE/SAVE JOB. 

Type in the job's new file name. 

Now run the job.
