You can, again, use a pre-defined job for generating drill data. 

Load the file 'excellon.cam' by clicking FILE/OPEN/JOB. 

Start drill data output by clicking the 'Process Job' button. 

The job is finished as soon as the CAM processor stops indicating any activity.

As this job consists of only one section, it would also have been possible to click the 'Process' button instead of the 'Process Job' button. 'Process' executes the currently visible section.
